Just want to say my time with Heritage Dialysis was pleasant, and I felt like one of the family. They were considerate, concerned, and very professional. The ladies I noticed treated all the people who were treated while I was there with a kind and understanding spirit. They answered all my questions and concerns. I salute them for great patient care.

I just wanted you to know as well as the staff how impressed I am with all of them. They remain professional at all times even with the most difficult patients, they handle them with poise and grace. Their knowledge base is second to none. They work as a team at all times, like a well-oiled machine. The unit is beautiful, nice, and clean. I was worried about going 2 hours daily dialysis (I usually go 3x/wk). The time flies by and I do feel better as Marlon said I would. I do want to mention 1 particular staff “Austin” he goes above and beyond; he is like a conductor on a symphony. The staff has made a “believer” out of me. You all are good people, very kind and helpful staff. I was a little worried when I was told Heritage Dialysis ran treatments 5 days a week but after being in their care for the last several weeks, I physically feel better and sitting for 2 hours is better than 4 hours. I would recommend Heritage Dialysis to anyone who is in need of dialysis treatment

Philip, Kelli, Tracy are the best dialysis team I’ve worked with. They are dedicated, knowledgeable and attentive. To them it’s more than a job. I highly recommend their care.

I have been with Heritage Dialysis for over a year. In that time I have discovered that the staff here are very nice, attentive and go out of their way for all the patients to help them in any way. My favorite part is that they have a sense of humor and take my teasing well. I highly recommend Heritage Dialysis for anyone’s dialysis needs. As much as I enjoy my time in dialysis, I still hate needles.
