I just wanted you to know as well as the staff how impressed I am with all of them. They remain professional at all times even with the most difficult patients, they handle them with poise and grace. Their knowledge base is second to none. They work as a team at all times, like a well-oiled machine. The unit is beautiful, nice, and clean. I was worried about going 2 hours daily dialysis (I usually go 3x/wk). The time flies by and I do feel better as Marlon said I would. I do want to mention 1 particular staff “Austin” he goes above and beyond; he is like a conductor on a symphony. The staff has made a “believer” out of me. You all are good people, very kind and helpful staff. I was a little worried when I was told Heritage Dialysis ran treatments 5 days a week but after being in their care for the last several weeks, I physically feel better and sitting for 2 hours is better than 4 hours.
